John founded Volar after years of hands-on manufacturing CAD, estimating, and production work — the kind that happens on the shop floor, not just in a spreadsheet. Volar exists because smaller manufacturers often can't justify a full-time engineer, estimator, or trainer, even when the need is real. Volar fills that gap: understanding the actual constraint, building a practical fix, and training the team to run with it.
